Kutztown University is looking for a way to improve its online student portal, MyKU. MyKU is where students, faculty, and staff will find information and materials to assist them in performing specific activities at Kutztown University. The goal of this redesign was to improve the process of signing up for classes, and other site functions. This website development included extensive user research and development, wireframing, prototyping with InVision, and several rounds of user testing to fix and improve issues. Several new features were added, and the interface is now ready for all at KU to succeed!
